We do not collect: biometric data, health or medical information, financial account information (payment card data is processed by Stripe and not stored by us), precise geolocation, or the contents of private messages beyond what is necessary to deliver the Platform.

We may share personal information with third-party service providers as described in Section 5 (How We Share Your Data). Where we share personal information with analytics or advertising partners for the purpose of cross-context behavioural advertising, this may constitute "sharing" under CCPA/CPRA.
You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. To exercise this right, see Section 13.5 below.
We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
We retain personal information as described in Section 7 (Data Retention) of the main Privacy Policy. We do not retain personal information for longer than is reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes.

Right to Know
You have the right to request that we disclose: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; the categories of sources from which we collected it; the business or commercial purpose for collection; and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. You may make this request twice in a 12-month period.
Right to Delete
You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (for example, where we need the information to complete a transaction, comply with a legal obligation, or for security purposes).
Right to Correct
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to Opt Out of Sale / Sharing

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
You have the right to direct us to limit our use of sensitive personal information to uses necessary to provide the services you request. We use sensitive personal information (government ID for Verified Sellers) only for identity verification purposes and do not use it for any other purpose.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, provide a different level of service, or suggest that you will receive different treatment for exercising your rights.

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period (up to an additional 45 days).
To verify your identity, we will ask you to confirm your email address and, for sensitive requests, may require additional verification. We will not require you to create an account to make a request, but if you have an account it helps us locate your data more efficiently.
Authorised agents: You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorisation and may verify your identity directly.
